we had tried basicly everything wioth no luck th turn off the "fuel cutout" light I thing our next item to try is a new FPR hers seems to be weak and I think its sending signals to the ecu as far as i know there are no CE codes but that will also have to checked out

i checked and there are no ce codes... what could this thing be? i only ran one of the tests though... funny thing is that the car is running okay... cept it seems pretty under powered...

i know that on my mom's taurus there is a spot of the fuel rail that i can check the fp w/an air pressure gauge... is there anything like this on the probe???

You do know about connecting the "T.E.N." and ground pin outs on the data link under the hood right? Do that and turn the key part way on and count the flashing...

What year is it?

Thats only for the CEL. Not any other light. Like when I was getting the ABS light, I connected the ABS jumper to ground. There isn't a fuel cut-off jumper or a seatbelt light jumper connector either :) .
