tranny help!

Hello everyone, I know how you guys are sick of helping me all the time. But Spring is right around the corner and the entertainer is ready to be fixed. All I need to know is:
1. Would it be easier to buy a rebuild cd4e tranny than to rebuild my own? (I'm not going to swap for a MTX)
2. Do anyone know where I can buy a cd4e in MN? I check ebay and they have one in Phoniex, AZ. So I was wondering is there one closer?
3. Anyone know anybody that could take my old one out and put the other one in?
