Clear Conners

How do we change our bulbs in our turn signals in the front? Do you have to take the entire front bumper cover off? I tried to put some new bulbs in my car, I could not get the bulbs out. How do you do it?:help: :help: :help:

you CAN change the bulbs without pulling of the bumper cover, but as me and josh found out, it's a super bitch. I swear it's almost easier to take off the bumper cover. Your arm will get scraped up all over. I have bony girl arms and I had trouble with it.

yea, once you take the front bumper off a few times it is a snap, takes like 5 min to do ( i still have no clue where all the bolts go) but yea, kirk couldnt get his skinny ass arm in there to change the bulbs, but some how on my old white probe i got my big arm in there and took out the damn harness and bulbs!! with the scars to prove it!

So how do you take off the bumper? I looked to see were the bolts would be...I could not find any really. It looked like they were under the front quater panel or something.:confused: :help:

this is why it's really hard the first time and really easy any times after. there are screws and bolts behind the plastic thing in the wheel area. there are some thing under the hood that need to be messed with too. Just take everything off. :)

Hey I just got my clear corners on last nite, a good 5 hour job!!! I had to cut some screws off becuase they won't coop with me. But 3 guys working on a frenking bumper, all for clear corners is not worth it if you ask me. Are hyper white bulbs legal?? I mean they look nice but can you see them in daylight? But yeah it's alot of work the first time and didn't know where all the scrwes go so there's a couple of holes around the bumper but we made sure it was tight enough for the bumper to not fly off. Wow learn the fords are such bitches!!!

My rommate and I spent about three hours on the corners. The paint drying took the longest too. :shrug:

For DIY clear corners (free), you should paint the back part of the inner housing. Makes it look nice!!

It took me about 1 hour just to replace the bulbs in the conners. Did not however take off the bumper. Looks good at night with the lights on!:thup:

ummm.....I believe the clear corners your talking about Vdubb are the tail lights. All of us are talking about the turning signal in the front of the car. Where the bumper is and the little orange thing that blinks when you signal. You can also make them clear like other imports. Makes it look hella nice but it's hard to see during the day, but who cares!
