i bet i could too.. if the car put out more than 53hp:D

the transmission isnt exactly bullet proof, ive heard horror stories of someone dumping the clutch at high rpms, and the carrier bearing explodes destroying the transmission and differential

the trick to drifting is inertia, LOTS of it:thup:

How is it possible that you got it that clean?? Did you have it thermal cleaned at a shop?

not sure, i gotta ask my uncle, judging by the condition, its a chemcial bath, those usually get the parts uber dry

a hot water bath also gets similar effects, however it reveals the the original condition and look of the original, i.e. shiney aluminum casting look like my head looked when i got it back, the block did NOT recieve the nice treatment

i just thought of what else kirk was thinking, how could it even look like that? 30 years of neglict, and a piece of paper for a gasket... try soaking a piece of paper in oil for a week, then you will know what i mean.. ive remedied the situation by using sillycone around the mating surfaces, that should minimize the leakage

no, I mean how does it get that clean. It looks like it's less than 1 year old now.

its easier if you got chemicals that eat up oil leakage
