Ok guys, If you read my thread in the general section you seen that I was asking for help.

Heres the deal: This thursday on payday, I'm giong to try and pick up everything I need as the bare minimum to get my car running. I do not work on Saturday the 26th. I'm hoping to be able to get the parts on, the engine in and the car started. I know its alot... Well probly not to some of you but I NEED to get this car running. It was one of my goals to have done by the time I graduate and the 26th would put me at acheiving that goal. :smokin:

Now, Saturday I can provide lunch, drinks, tools-I'm Pretty sure I have all the ones needed, but if anyone has any special ones they think I might need but might not have, thatd be cool if you could bring it/them.

I'll even provide gas money to anyone driving a decent distance to help me.

Please, please, please guys..
Are there a few of you gurus that could help me out at all? I know its super short notice and all.. But hey, I've been on here long enough to realize that even with months in advance, people still dont make it. :o

A swap in 1 day is still going to be pretty tricky... did you ever get the new ball joints pressed in to those control arms? I know you'll need those for sure since we fucked up the old ball joints...

Never done it before. Iaminsider says it's pretty easy if you rent the press from VatoZone. I'm probably going to try it sometime soon...

I'm really not sure what to do with the dam car. I dont have the skills my self and I can't ever get any help that I need. I'm seriously thinking of just putting it on craigslist or something. :shrug:

The old engine is out, the new one is in the garage, i've got the clutch and transmission on it. I need to put the new ball joints in the control arms and then CVboots. Then it just needs to all the extras put back on *alternator, water pump, anything else that has been taken off. Then it should be good to go back in.

The hardest part my guess would be the balljoints, besides trying to remember where all the plugs go.

But if I could get the engine in with all the extras put on, i'm sure I could figure out what wire harness plugs into what socket.
