Eh, who knows. I stopped planning on when I was going to have it done a long time ago. :shrug: Im going down to Iowa this weekend to pic up an HKS F-CON for it to see if that's going to help me out, but then I still have to fix the rear main, oilpan gasket, oil drain, check timing, hook up the rest of the 2.5" exhaust, etc....

yeah, a "fall out" is a good way to put it.

I've been a moderator there for about 4 years and I'm just pissed off at the way they're running the board.

People who are perma-banned are brought back a week later because "Jon talked to them over AIM and they seem cool." Then they just go back to what they're doing. So they're banned again, only to be brought back 2 weeks later because "they talked to jon and said they'll never do it again."

Plus after the whole debate about having porn on the website they decided to have an entire section of porn. You guys all know my feelings about porn on a CAR forum. So this was the last straw. There is no structure, there is no discipline. People dont follow the rules, and Jon doesn't let us do anything about it. We were never going to be hardasses like MNSC or PT, but when someone fucks with the rules (or hacks the site several times and STILL isn't banned) and there are no consequences then what is the point of being a moderator, or even a member? One of the reasons I keep coming back to this place is that everyone has a good enough grasp of the rules, and nobody feels a need to try to "push" the boundries.

So yeah, I had a "falling out" with Jon and the site.

So no. I will not be attending the meet for the club I spent 4 years helping build. Remeber the bit spring meets? Who brought that together? Me. What credit did I get? NONE.

I dunno. Most of the comments were right on line with what he always says. He came around once every couple of months and talked shit to a few people, left some crap in other threads about nothing to do with them, then took off for a few months. I mean, even the punctuation and sentence structure were the same...
