Gabriel Struts

I'm in need of new struts for my ES300 and Gabriel Ultras are decently priced. I'm finding people not saying such good things about them on other message boards but I'm trying to figure out if they don't like them because they aren't stiff like performance suspension parts or if they just aren't good quality and won't last. Any of you have experience or knowledge on them? If they offer a smooth ride that's what I'm after since I don't own a 4 door sedan for auto crossing :cool:

I would go with a pair of tokico blues

Gabriel are not the greatest struts quality-wise. If you want a good replacement thats not performance-oriented, Id go with the Monroe Sensatracks. Ggreat struts if all you're doing is drivbing, and not looking to beat on the suspension.
