Dyno anyone?

So I am going to get my car dyno'd in August, and would like to know if anyone else would like to partake in such event. I have 3 other freinds who are coming with me, and am just posting to see if anyone would like to join us.


I have not set a formal date yet, as I am waiting for the dyno shop (Modern) to finish installing the dyno in thier new building (Next building down from old location). But if anyone is interested, I am open to negotiate a certain date. Must be a Saturday, but other than that I'm open to which one.

There isn't really much you can do with stock fueling/programing.. Far as I know atleast.. maybe I'm wrong?

You CAN get e-prom chips, but they wont make a whole lot of difference. They're almost worthless unless you buy a ZE.

Tomorrow my adaptor pipe gets made for my new IC setup, then I "should" be ready too.

Im probably not even going to schedule it thru this site. Too many people flake out on here, and they arent worth my time anymore. So whenever you get your car broke in, just hit me up and Ill grab some buddies and schedule something up:thup: Ill schedule thru modern, since theyre cheap, and have AWD capabilities now, and theyve never done me wrong ever.

I'm sure the bitchy tone is a carryover resentment from the last time you setup a dyno meet, but It's not like you had to put down a lump of change to reserve the place or anything. I know that you tried to organize to get a better rate last time, but you planned a shitty ass weekend for some people that had more important things going on like work, finals, or prom than to dyno their cars. I know that some didn't have good excuses in your opinion but don't post a feeler thread and then bash people and say that you'll just pm people who you think will go because others might flake out. That's just retarded.

Not this time. But the next time I tell them there will be 10-15 cars and they waste thier day on 3-5 cars, you're damn right they're probably going to require it. I dont like commiting to something when I have flaky people to count on.

It was planned months in advance. Giving people that much of an advance time to take the day off it seems doesnt work, as it just gives them that much more time to let something else come up or to make a better excuse. It never changes around here.

I posted this a month ago and never got any responses untill recently now. And even if I was going to plan something, nobody has told me what timeframe they are looking at. You tell me, from that point of view, what the fuck am I supposed to think?



Ive just come to the conclusion/realization that if I want something to turn out, I need to schedule it thru other networks. Why waste my time on something that never works?
