i took my 700 dollar 96 eclipse all the way to kansas city missouri and back with no problems. it was like 1150 miles. worked good, 80 mph all the way there and then back. i was there from monday till saturday.
just have to throw this out there that minnesota does have better roads then kansas city lol.. they sucked balls.
good times with friends

i actually only paid 275 for the car
120 in 02 sensors
40 in used cam and crank sensors
75 for radiator
and got lower control arm and tie rod for align 120
and on the second oil change
so right around 700:)
car would start up and die after 15 minutes of running. loss of crank signal
02s were both broke off
very rusty rockers.. so bad that i didnt post a pic of the left side lol
rad had pin hole in it.
it isnt a perfect car, it has a few flaws but hell it got me to missouri and back

motor and trans were both rebuilt 3 years ago. 4 new tires. the guy sold it to me for so cheap cause the shop he would bring it to was guessing on how to fix it. they replaced thermostat, hoses, coil, plugs, wires. and he said he didnt want to go into wiring diagnostics.
ive had the car for like 1.5 months now lol

After thinking about it, you should keep it that high.. Makes my "4X4" Stock F-body suspension look looow

If you're just using it as a winter beater, I'd personally keep it raised at that height but otherwise, a drop would look nicer.

yea.. im not to sure if i wanna use it as a winter beater. i really like it besides the fact that its slow as shit with the rims on. if i fix the rust.. i might keep if for a year or two and then sell it i suppose.. but i really miss the probe and the power it sorta had lol.. i would like to put the motor back in soon
