Here's what I ordered to do this:
VC Gaskets 34.16 @ CarParts.com
Intake Gaskets 23.23 @ CarParts.com
Throttle Body Gasket 2.05 @ Red Rooster (Special Order)
Total With Tax & Shipping : 69.94
I'm not sure if i'll need the TB gasket but someone on PT told me that I probably would.
Anything else I need like RTV sealant or any other special tools/stuff.
I'm also ordering Bosch Platinum +4 Spark Plugs and i'll probably get some vacuum tubing for when I break stuff when pulling it all out. If I go to Checker or somewhere, can I just ask for vacuum tubing and they'll know exactly what i'm talking about (size, etc)?
MN Probe GT, wanna help me with this next week (Mon, Tue, Wed) since you've done it on your car?

uhhhhh.....I never did that to my car. I will eventually be taking off my valve covers and intake manifold, but not for a while. I guess I should replace my VC gaskets even though I don't need to. And what sealant stuff do you need?

I thought you said you did this. Nevermind. I was at Checker today and saw your car there (with some big box in it) but I didn't see you inside Checker. I ordered all my stuff:
Valve Cover Gaskets (F+R Gaskets Only)
Intake Manifold Gasket Set (Intake gasket along with throttle body gasket)
I also picked up six Bosch Platinum +4 Spark Plugs. Anybody know if these are as good as i've heard? They guarantee an increase in performance or they'll pay for them.
Any of you know what size vacuum hose I should get for the hose under the Intake Manifold or the ones that might break when taking off the intake? Are all the vacuum hoses on or around the intake the same size?

I could have sworn it was your car. It had the factory wheels on it though and you have your steel winter ones on (I thought maybe you put the factory ones back on). I guess it wasn't you.

I still have my gay...i mean...great steel rims on. Because my brake problem is not fixed. They make a scraping sound once per revolution when braking. Ford replaced thepads and turned the rotors before this started. I think they fucked up the rotor when they resurfaced it. That's why it's going back there next week. It's probably something that needs to be replaced. Not something I can fix.

A Haynes Manual!
Parts:
*VC Gaskets
*Intake Manifold Gaskets
*RTV Sealent
*Few Feet of Vacuum Hose (For the one under the manifold and the ones you might break)
*New Antifreeze if you want to flush your system (you have to drain it anyway)
*Maybe think about Phenolic spacers instead of the plain old gasket.

Oh....and the only reason you need to drain the coolant is because haynes suggests that you replace that one little hose whenever the manifold is off. You don't HAVE to do it, but it's suggested.....

Do you think I should replace it since my car is 7 years old? Or not really needed? It would save a pain in the ass step of the process.
