theres one pic of my car that my parents took at the towing lot, i took lots more pictures of the worse looking angles and side, but the software for my digi camera only works for 98 which is on our other computer..and its being really gay and not working right now...so just this one for now...will post more soon

yeah the primer has been there for a few months, rust was coming from under the paint so i fixed it all up so the body shop wouldnt need to when it was gonna be time to paint the car.

look at the bright side ... if that bitch wouldn't have hit you, you would get nothing for the front end damage cause it was your fault. But now you will get something, prolly not enough to cover the time and money that you put into it, but atleast it's something.

do also gotta realize this tho, if she didn't then he wouldn't be able to claim it on his insurace, well he would but it would raise his insurance up cause they couldn't take it from the guy that made his swerve.. With the fact of the girl rear ending him now her insurance will go up cause they will have to cover the full charges of the car!
BTW hey chad did the 2 hondas that were racing even pull over since they were the ones that made u smoke the wall??? if not were they imported out?, cause we could have a meet of trying to find them and royally kick the living shit out of em! or i will anyway!:bd:

The no-fault law is for health care related costs of the accident only. When my car was wrecked from being rear ended the other guys insurance paid for my car because he was at fault. My back was hurting afterwards but because of the no-fault law then my auto insurance company was responsible to pay for my doctor visits, not his.
And the accident won't show up on his record. The only thing that will show up are citations that you may get. The auto insurance companies are the only people keeping track of accidents you're involved in, if you report it to them that is.

i must agree with him cause coming back from colorado i was hit by a wal mart truck and he ran, and his insurance covered the whole thing, all i had to pay was the $500 deductable but i got that back when they got the money from his insurance company!
im not really sure about the no fault thing seeming how i am from colorado and haven't really lived here long enough to know all the laws, but i think that the no fault this is for like....shit i really dont know :rolleyes:

they slowed down, than they must of saw my car smack the wall and they just drove off, A$$holes, but i do know he is in the brooklyn park area and one of my friends friend might know him....but i cannot wait til i find the punk:Pissed:
