Sunroof rust...

Anyone have any idea how much it costs to get some rust spots taken care of? I have 5 or 6 little (about the size of a 'o' in this message) rust spots starting on my sunroof, they are all in the same area. I am assuming they would just sand it down and then paint it, unless some new and improved rust-taker-awayer device exists. Anyone recommend a good paint shop that does good work?

i had my car taken care of @ cooks one stop off of hwy 61 and 694...

i would check to see about putting glass in instead of repairing the metal... just an idea....
