cams or lifters?

i can start to hear my front startin to click now. is it the cams or the lifters? when i had my cover off.. it did seem that the cams were rubbin. im just waiting for the damn thing to blow then get a ZE.

should i install new valves and lifters or/and cams? (for now)

Pretty common...a lot of info can be found on HLA noise and the solution by searching PT.

*sigh... guess im back down to both projects now.. im gonna see what i can do about the HLA.. and the other thing i gotta take care of on the other car.

btw the cam's are suppose to rub ;)

i mean.. grooves ( excessive rubbing marks ) but they arent deep or anything.. but you can feel they are wearin out. soon if i leave it that way.. my cams arent gonna be able to open the valve. so either way.. im gonna have to replace the cams, and clean the HLA.
