i have a vitec clutch coming any day now (probably next week sometime???)... is there a quick/easy way to do this???

The only quick easy way I know of is with a lift, air tools, and a tranny jack. I'd like a new clutch but it doesn't seem like a DIY type of job for some reason. But go ahead and prove me wrong. :D

I too would love to see a clutch be replaced, this is the kind of thing I definitely leave to a mechanic myself. I don't think this will be a two hour parking lot job!

i do have access to a hoist and air tools so this may not be as difficult as you may think... i have access to my own mechanic too... :D

curt, that is only about a 3 hr job for some one like you as long as you do have the right tools lots of 17 and 18mm sockets and you will need some long extentions and also an impact

btw - i still have your jack... i need to bring that back to your house... course... you do have MY jack stands :lol:
