well today I had my right front tire off to check my ball joint that is going bad and I noticed a pair of little bulges on the inner sidewall of my tire.
well I called Wheelmax ( where I bought them from) www.wheelmax.com
(they have a lot of packages on clearence right now ) even similar wheels to mine with 205 falkans for @900.00)
anyway back to my story
wheel max told me to call toyo for warranty replacement and toyo sent my to a place in st paul called Northwestern Tire. any way I go there and the guy there seems to be a dick about it and says that he wont warranty it out cuz he says its prolly from a pot hole and thats my fault even though there is no scuffs I think its just deffective.
well I start to through a stink and tell him to call the 800 number for toyo I brought with.
after that toyo says they will give me 1/2 off a new tire even if it was my fault.
any way as the guy gets off the phone he goes to put my wheel back on and lower my car and he pulls half my ground effects off with his jack!!!
turns out that hes the manager and he told me to get an estimate and they'll pay for it.
so tomarrow I am planning on going to ford and haveing them do the estimate. I will then collect the money and do it my self.
moral of all this dont be a dick to your customers or you'll get dicked!!
