The last person to own my car put on locking lugs that need a key to come off. I tried to rotate my tires today and broke the key. Does anyone have a wheel lock removerj or a torch they'd be willing to help me with (ahem...Thai...ahem)? Thanks

(not jump on it) but give it a lil tug down and it'll come off...

Since I only have 1 more lug I think I'm just gonna JB weld this key to the lug and take it off that way. Because there's no way this key is ever gonna work again. Hopefully it'll hold.

take a 12 point socket of a size close to the outside diamiter of the lug nut and tight enough to pound it on with a hammer. Pound it on and remove the nut ;) then pound the lug nut out with a punch or something  that's how I got mine off.

I have a better idea...call McGUARD, they make the keys...they will replace it for a small fee and then you can keep the security nuts.

I had to do this about a month ago.

I just went to the dealership and had them take them off for me. My key broke the exact same way yours did. I had new tires put on at Big O and they tightened my lugs so tight when i tried to crack it loose i busted my key. :Pissed:

I got it last night. Got a 12 point 3/4" socket and a 2 foot breaker bar and after about 6 tries and a few dings in the rim, I got it off. I thought I was going to break the bar I was twisting so hard. Needless to say, I'm not putting those locking lugs back on. It's not worth the trouble. I couldn't call Mcgard because I didn't have the registration card that has the info for the key. All in all, total cost for removal was about $5. That sure beats the tire places $30 to $80 to torch it off.

Glad to hear you got it off. You only needed the number on the key for mcguard tho.
