Got it back from the Mechanic. He replaced the IAC valve on the throttle body and the TPS sensor. They didn't get a chance to drive it much to see if it was OK, so he sent it with me and told me to come back tomorrow to pay him.

So, I drove it around for an hour and it was fine. This morning though, I started it up and as soon as the idle droped down to normal after it fired, it stumbled and died. It didn't miss nearly as bad as it did last week, but it still did it.

I re-started it, and it was fine. It idled normally for about a half an hour and and I drove it (the long way to work with no problems).

I read online that a dirty throttle body can cause the rough idle too, and the egr valve... It's getting really crappy milage too, so I might test the O2 sensors while I'm tuning it up.

I was thinking of suggesting a dirty TB, cause that's been a problem on Tachy before, but I assumed they would have cleaned your TB when doing the IAC...

Yeah, I they did, but they didn't completly remove the TB I don't think.

I've been driving it more, and I has been fine all day. It's possible that the ECU needs some miles to relearn the idle program. And I'm sure it needs plugs and a fuel filter.

When it did stumble this morning - it wasn't anything like it did the other day, and like I said, once I restarted it, it was totally fine.

I'll see what it does tomorrow morning and also how the plugs and air filter look this weekend.
