I think my car is fucked forever

On my last delivery of the night I had Mr. Drunky pulling out of a road at 10000mph as I was turning onto it and it causes me to swerve to avoid him and my rear end caught the corner of the intersection. Now my drivers side rear wheel is pushed in and rubbing on the firewall while the passenger side is pushed out from the car. I left the car on the street where it happened and caught a ride back to the store. So I'll probably go back and look at it in the morning. It was dark and there was chit all over the ground so I couldnt get under it and take a look. What do you guys think may be broken, or what may need to be done to fix it? Or is the car done for.. :(

You said rer wheel, then you said firewall (which is in the front). So - what exactly hit something?

Off the top, if you know that there is damage to structural sheet frtame bits of the car, you're probably done for. If it's a whole lot of bent suspension pieces, you can likely fix it. Especially if it's all in the back.

My car is still chillin in the street and I took a look at it again yesterday in the daylight. It's the rear wheels (I meant wheelwell, not firewall) and I don't think there are any structural problems but I don't know for sure yet. There is a bar under the car that is in a V shape but I'm not sure what it is. I know it's not the sway bar or the axel itself. Tomorrow I'll call my insurance and get them to tow it to Abra to have them look at it. I'm probably going to end up finding a new car because I don't see any reason to put more money into this car, but we'll see because I guess I still don't know for sure what it will cost.

It's not as bad as I thought. The bent bar is the stabilizer bar and I was able to get one for $30 from Mitsubishi through Abra's account with them. After thats replaced they said that the wheels should straighten out. So I'll have a lift and a shop full of tools to replace it thanks to Abra :)

Dude, your shock towers have to be just bent to shit! Replacing that stabalizer bar will not cause the wheels to just magically straighten out. Good luck. :eek:

$30 - Stabilizer Bar
$20 - Bottle of Whiskey for the guy from Abra who put in the stabliizer bar for free.
$70 - New Rim
$30 - Mounting, balancing, remount of tire and new rim (Yeah, I got ripped off)

$150 - Total


The wheels are just a little off center but not nearly as bad as before. I took it upto about 80 and the alignment is fine and there was no shaking or anything. I feel like I got away from this one pretty easy.

ya dude sorry to hear that but you made out great..... you kinda sound like me.. on this past december 28th right.. me and 2 of my friends were in atlatic city new jersy.... it was a rather cold night about 20 ,to be exact, it was about 1 am and we were board. so we went to the city and decided to go around and shoot hookers with a super soaker.. man that was fun... but my stupid ass was makin a left hand turn and i was lookin at these 2 hot girl and stead of the road and somon hit me.... well i stopped and didn;t run. my nose is a lil messed up but the other aldies car was fucked.. she had an early 90 style cogar and my bumber got above hers... her driver side fender and shit was all pushed in and everything.. the cops never gave me a tickit... and after 30 days im not allowed to get a ticket cause there for im not consider responsable. so i got like 8 more days to go to NOT pay for this ladies car....

my car is a beast... roar... this car has been in like 4 accidents
