im thinking of getting one of these for my mom on her birthday and was wondering if any of you have any experience on the install and if it is hard.

this isn't to tough as long as you have the wiring diagram... jeremy did this to his car... ask him for help... :D

what kind of car is it???

Yeah...how about that remote start jeremy? :D sorry......I couldn't resist.......Jeremy will tell you not to leave it in gear when you start the car. This is why most places won't install them in MT cars. but I'm assuming your moms car is an auto. That should be fine. But I don't know anything about those things so I'll shut up now.....

if you just want remote start and no alarm or keyless its like 150.00 installed at work but like 180.00 with keyless and 400.00 for the whole works
and yes I am a strong believer in not leaving a manual trans in gear with these:cool:

Can Best Buy install one in manuals? everywhere i called they don't do it. I was just wondering if u have to do it urself if u have a stick

im looking for one with keyless entry and remote start. nothing else. on www.commandoalarms.com you can get one of these for $60. I dont need an alarm or anything else. i dont want to spend a ton and i can install it myself.
