oh....and don't try posting short crap just to get the avatar. You have to post long crap (like me and curt). There have been several avatar smackdowns. :lol: You'll get 100 posts soon. That's funny! Just so you know....I am 26...operations manager for one of the largest financial institutions in america....take my career...and my car for that matter very seriously. Not some punk kid looking to get a graphic on his name...thus posed the question because it does look pretty cool!

Do you guys have a weekly meeting anywhere? or do you just show up to different shows and meets?

We usually plan a meet like every other week. And many of us go to midway every friday or saturday. I don't know of anything this week, but last weekend we had one at curts (rebby) apartment. Not many people there, but we have had successful meets (too bad I haven't been to any :( ) But we always have a good time. August 5th some of us are planning on going to rock falls raceway. It's the closest (legal :D ) quarter mile drag strip. It's in wisconsin near icky claire. it's about 2 hours away I think. $35 (good deal) to race and you need a helmet and long pants. Hey, nice looking car. The next "real" meet will probably be at Rock Falls Raceway like kirk and curt said. Otherwise like they also said, we goto the midway on the weekends in the border's bookstore lot and if the cops are there then there is a parking lot down by white castle. then around 11:00 red rock might be next :D:tup:

well...the midway is in st paul. Basically a place where everyone cruises and looks at other peoples cars. Red rock is a road about half a mile long with NOTHING on it. I don't see why the cops care, but people have been racing there forever. I'm not racing there again. See my red rock post in the past meets section. I might go there to watch though. I have to find out what happened to the owner of the eclipse.

to not have my insurance raise any higher that it already is due to my "racing history"....i would not race but for sure will cruise and "boom" with the best of em! Congrats on spanking the GST....My ex had one and she would spank me everytime! Waste gate flipped on her turbo...exhaust...intake...it was quick!

they are 195/40's....i ordered over the net.....they are skinnier than the rims.....i mean she sit's LOW...but im looking kinda "ethnic" if you know what i mean!

I think im gonna hop on up to 225/205 40's to get my width back!

That was what I was thinking. That's why I asked about the series. They look damn sweet in a 40 series, but your speedo will be screwed.

Stock PGT you know is 225 / 50 / 16... the 17" equivalent is 225 / 45 / 17, and the next step is 225 / 40 / 18. All three would have the same outer rolling diameter within just a couple percent.
