my exhaust is sagging after the cat and is really farty now. what is there around the resinator that holds it up if there is anything there because that's where it's coming down.......i might just rig something up with a coat hanger or wire until summer when I can hopefully afford a whole new exhaust

i don't think that there is supposed to be anything there... sounds like a good time to upgrade :tup:

i have about $300 extra from b-day but i'm not puting it toward an exhaust yet so i'll wait till summer, i mean, it will fit in better with the inports so why bother? :lol:

i still can't believe that the cop didn't give you somewhat of a break... when i got pulled over for going 96 in a 55 the cop lowered it to a basic speeding ticket which is iowa is anything < 20mph over....

Yeah, but this is minnesota. And in this ultra-liberal state, the cops are all decendant from the elite of the Natzi SS. Henrick Himler style, you know what I'm saying. If you get a break from a cop in minnesota -- that means they just break your leg instead of shooting you in the knee caps.

last weekend i finally got sick of the droning in my ears from the exhaust broken right after the cat and took a trip to napa. i got a 2.5"Dx4"L pipe, two 2.5" muffler clamps, and two packages of muffler tape. i spent about 4 hours under my car friday afternoon swearing but finally got it supporting itself on its own and the muffler tape took care of the remaining small leaks. my car is once again the quietest pgt anywhere!

My exhaust is by no means quite. It is not all that loud ehtier. I like the sound mine is.
